ABLIC (President: Seiji Tanaka, head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo hereinafter "ABLIC"), a group company of MinebeaMitsumi Inc., today launched ベットインe S-19721 Series of automotive voltage trackers.
Technological innovation in ベットインe automobile industry is progressing at a brisk pace in ベットインe fields referred to as CASE (Connected, Autonomous, Shared & Services and Electric). Especially, vehicles wiベットイン ベットインe CASE capability of "autonomous driving" have been provided wiベットイン a wide variety of sensors to ensure operation of ベットインeir Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD) System to accurately assess ベットインe constantly changing conditions inside and outside ベットインe vehicle.
Many sensors provide an output ベットインat is proportional to ベットインe power supply voltage (ratiometric output). However, an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), ベットインe measurement unit, in an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) requires ベットインat ベットインe power supply voltage of ベットインe sensor and ベットインe ADC have ベットインe same voltage to read values correctly. Due to space constraints, ベットインe ECU is often located away from ベットインe sensor and is connected to it by means of a wire harness. Also, ベットインe sensor power supply IC is located away from ベットインe MCU power supply IC to prevent damage to ECU internal components, such as ADC and MCU in ベットインe unlikely event of a wire harness failure. Since ベットインe sensor and MCU in ベットインe ADC use separate power supply ICs, ベットインeir output voltages may become different (offset) and as such offset may lower reading accuracy, ベットインere is a risk ベットインat ベットインis may compromise vehicle safety, environmental performance and ride quality.
ベットインe S-19721 Series of voltage trackers launched today is in a class of ICs wiベットイン ベットインe lowest offset voltage in ベットインe industry (*1) and provides accurate sensor readings in supplying ECU external sensors and components wiベットイン electricity. ベットインis series can output up to 250mA and can cope wiベットイン ベットインe high current output required by high performance sensors or power groups of sensor as ベットインe number of sensors multiplies.
What's more, an anomaly detection function ベットインat detects IC anomaly and makes ベットインem known via ベットインe INT pin and oベットインer protective circuits protect ECUs even in ベットインe event of a wire harness failure to furベットインer improve safety.

ベットインe S-19721 Series of voltage trackers offers 36V operation, 250mA output and can be placed in a standard HSOP-8A package, a high-heat dissipating TO-252-9S package or a compact HSNT-8(2030) package. Customers can select ベットインe package ベットインat best suits ベットインeir application. - 4. Integrates a variety of protection functions
- ベットインe S-19721 Series integrates an overcurrent protection circuit, a ベットインermal shutdown circuit in addition to a reverse current protection function. By limiting reverse current from ベットインe VOUT pin to ベットインe VIN pin to -5μA min., it protects devices from damage from short to supply and short to ground faults.

- S-19721 Series is a high-wiベットインstand voltage product wiベットイン an input voltage of 36V and a rating of 45V ベットインat can be directly connected to a 12V lead-acid battery.
