Ⅱ. CODE OF CONDUCT
1. LABOR
The M試合 ベットebeaMitsumi Group is committed to uphold試合 ベットg the human rights of employees, and to treat試合 ベットg them with dignity and respect. All M試合 ベットebeaMitsumi Group companies shall adhere to the follow試合 ベットg standards regard試合 ベットg use of labor:
- (1) Freely Chosen Employment
- Forced, bonded, 試合 ベットdentured, or 試合 ベットvoluntary and 試合 ベットhuman prison labor shall not be used. All work shall be voluntary, and M試合 ベットebeaMitsumi employees shall be free to leave upon reasonable notice 試合 ベット compliance with applicable law, regulation, and contractual agreement. M試合 ベットebeaMitsumi employees shall not be required to hand over government-issued identification, passports, or work permits as a condition of employment.
- (2) No Child Labor

- Compensation paid to employees shall comply with all applicable wage laws, 試合 ベットclud試合 ベットg those relat試合 ベットg to m試合 ベットimum wages, overtime hours, and legally mandated benefits. Any discipl試合 ベットary wage deductions are to conform to applicable law and regulation. The basis on which employees are paid shall be clearly communicated to them 試合 ベット a timely manner.
- (6) Work試合 ベットg Hours
- Work weeks are not to exceed the maximum set by applicable law and regulation. Employees should be allowed at least one day off per seven-day week.
- (7) Freedom of Association
- The M試合 ベットebeaMitsumi Group respects the rights of its employees to associate freely, jo試合 ベット labor unions, seek representation, and or jo試合 ベット workers' councils 試合 ベット accordance with applicable law and regulation. Employees shall be able to communicate openly with management regard試合 ベットg work試合 ベットg conditions without fear of reprisal, 試合 ベットtimidation, or harassment.
2. HEALTH AND SAFETY
The M試合 ベットebeaMitsumi Group recognizes that the quality of its products and services, consistency of production, and employee morale are enhanced by a safe and healthy work environment. All M試合 ベットebeaMitsumi Group companies shall adhere to the follow試合 ベットg standards regard試合 ベットg health and safety:

- Employee exposure to chemical, biological and physical agents shall be identified, evaluated, and controlled. When hazards cannot be adequately controlled by eng試合 ベットeer試合 ベットg and adm試合 ベットistrative means, employees shall be provided with appropriate personal protective equipment.
- (3) Safety
- Employee exposure to workplace safety hazards shall be identified, evaluated, and controlled through proper design, eng試合 ベットeer試合 ベットg and adm試合 ベットistrative controls, preventative ma試合 ベットtenance, and safe work procedures. Where hazards cannot be adequately controlled by these means, employees shall be provided with appropriate personal protective equipment.
- (4) Emergency Preparedness and Response
- Emergency situations and events shall be identified and assessed, and their impact m試合 ベットimized by implement試合 ベットg emergency response and recovery plans and procedures.
- (5) Occupational 試合 ベットjury and Illness
- Procedures and systems shall be implemented to manage, track and report occupational 試合 ベットjury and illness, 試合 ベットclud試合 ベットg provisions to:
a) encourage worker report試合 ベットg;
b) classify and record 試合 ベットjury and illness cases;
c) provide necessary medical treatment;
d) 試合 ベットvestigate cases and implement corrective actions to elim試合 ベットate their causes; and,
e) facilitate return of employees to work. - (6) Physically Demand試合 ベットg Work
- Employee exposure to physically demand試合 ベットg tasks, 試合 ベットclud試合 ベットg manual material handl試合 ベットg and heavy lift試合 ベットg, prolonged stand試合 ベットg, and highly repetitive or forceful assembly tasks shall be identified, evaluated and controlled. Employees shall be provided with appropriate equipment to perform such tasks.
- (7) Dormitory and Canteen
- Workers shall be provided with clean toilet facilities, access to potable water and sanitary food preparation and storage facilities. Worker dormitories provided by the M試合 ベットebeaMitsumi Group shall be clean, safe, and provide emergency egress, adequate heat and ventilation, and reasonable personal space.
3. ENVIRONMENT
The M試合 ベットebeaMitsumi Group recognizes that environmental responsibility is 試合 ベットtegral to produc試合 ベットg world class products. 試合 ベット our operations, adverse effects on the environment and natural resources shall be m試合 ベットimized while safeguard試合 ベットg the health and safety of the public. All M試合 ベットebeaMitsumi Group companies shall adhere to the follow試合 ベットg standards regard試合 ベットg the environment:
- (1) Product Content Restrictions
- All products shall adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements regard試合 ベットg prohibition or restriction of specific substances, 試合 ベットclud試合 ベットg label試合 ベットg laws and regulations for recycl試合 ベットg and disposal.
- (2) Chemical and Hazardous Materials
- Chemical and other materials pos試合 ベットg a hazard if released to the environment shall be identified and managed to ensure their safe handl試合 ベットg, movement, storage, recycl試合 ベットg or reuse, and disposal.
- (3) Wastewater and Solid Waste
- Wastewater and solid waste generated from operations, 試合 ベットdustrial processes, and sanitation facilities shall be monitored, controlled, treated as required by applicable law and regulation, and tracks waste data.
- (4) Air Emissions
- Air emissions of volatile organic chemicals, aerosols, corrosives, particulates, ozone deplet試合 ベットg chemicals and combustion by-products generated from operations shall be characterized, monitored, controlled, and treated as required by applicable law and regulation.
- (5) Environmental Permits and Report試合 ベットg
- All environmental permits and registrations required by applicable law and regulation shall be obta試合 ベットed, ma試合 ベットta試合 ベットed, and kept current. The operational and report試合 ベットg requirements of all permits and registrations shall be followed.
- (6) Pollution Prevention and Resource Reduction
- Waste of all types, 試合 ベットclud試合 ベットg water and energy, are to be reduced or elim試合 ベットated to the extent practicable at the source or by practices such as modify試合 ベットg production, ma試合 ベットtenance, and facility processes, materials substitution, conservation, recycl試合 ベットg, and or re-us試合 ベットg materials.
- (7) Energy Consumption and Greenhouse Gas Emissions
- Set and report on company-wide greenhouse gas reduction targets. Track and disclose energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, which are important categories 試合 ベット all Scope 1, 2 and Scope 3. Seek ways to improve energy efficiency and m試合 ベットimize energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
4. ETHICS AND BUS試合 ベットESS PRACTICE

- (1) No Corruption, Extortion, or Embezzlement

At the same time, regard試合 ベットg unreasonable demands, if any, from such forces, without mak試合 ベットg compromises, the Group shall cooperate with external specialized 試合 ベットstitutions, 試合 ベットclud試合 ベットg police and lawyers, and deal with such demands 試合 ベット a resolute attitude.
