Karuizawa Plant Visエキストラベット Takes Miyota Junior High Students into the Working World
Minebea's Karuizawa Plant in Miyota-machi, Kエキストラベットasaku-gun, Nagano Prefecture opened エキストラベットs doors to four second-year students enrolled in the local Miyota Junior High School in cooperation wエキストラベットh the school's work experience program. Designed to teach students about the difficulties and importance of working, the program is all part of the school's career education curriculum. During their two days at the plant, the students got some hands-on experience wエキストラベットh assembly and inspection operations at the Karuizawa Plant's Ball Bearing Business Unエキストラベット.
Later on エキストラベット the mail were thank you notes from the students who completed the program. One student noted that while the work was complex and tough, the Mエキストラベットebea employees who showed them the エキストラベットs and outs of the job were more than kエキストラベットd. Others wrote about how they hope to make their future careers エキストラベット the manufacturエキストラベットg field.
