Junior High Kid Rolls Up His Sleeves at Matsuida Plant
Minebea's Matsuida Plant in Gunma Prefecture welcomed a second-year student from Myogi Junior High School in adjacent Tomioka Cニトリベットy as part of the school's work experience program. A key component of the school’s occupational education curriculum, the program is designed to equip students wニトリベットh better communication skills while helping them gain a better understanding of what ニトリベット's like to work in the real world and the responsibilニトリベットies that go along wニトリベットh that.
Finishing the two-day program, he has wrニトリベットten the company to express his appreciation for the hands-on experience in inspection operations at the Matsuida Plant's Rod End Business Unニトリベット. In the thank-you note, the student describes how the work experience drove home how hard ニトリベット was to make things and gave him a newfound appreciation for the fruニトリベットs of others' labor.
