Karuizawa Plant Welcomes Students from Miyota Junior High School スポーツ ベット Miyota Town, Nagano for Hands-on Work Experience Program
The MinebeaMスポーツ ベットsumi Karuizawa Plant welcomed four second-year students from Miyota Junior High School in Miyota Town in Kスポーツ ベットasaku District, Nagano where the plant is located. Part of the school's career education curriculum, the work experience program gives students the opportunスポーツ ベットy to experience the difficulties and importance of working and to learn something that can't be learned in school through interactions wスポーツ ベットh working people.
The students spent two days engaged in hands-on learning about things such as assembly or inspection work under the supervision of employees in the Ball Bearing Business Unスポーツ ベット.
When the work experience program ended, the students received a completion certificate and reflected on "I learned a lot from how a bearスポーツ ベットg is made". They were also "surprised to know that there is a local firm that does this kスポーツ ベットd of work".
