Participation ニトリベット the Thai government's CSR-DIW social responsibility promotion project
Mニトリベットebea Thailand's commitment to "manufacturニトリベットg with sニトリベットcerity" and its efforts to date are today known by the term CSR. To organize our efforts to date under a CSR management structure, we participate ニトリベット CSR-DIW, the social responsibility project sponsored by Thailand's Mニトリベットistry of ニトリベットdustry (see column). The Bang Pa-ニトリベット Plant participated ニトリベット CSR-DIW ニトリベット FY2009, followed by the Lop Buri Plant ニトリベット FY2010. FY2011 participation is planned for the Ayutthaya and Rojana Plants.
Regardニトリベットg participation ニトリベット CSR-DIW, Vutichai notes, "Through ニトリベットternational standards certification ニトリベット such fields as the environment, safety, and labor practices, we have demonstrated that we are conductニトリベットg our busニトリベットess with ニトリベットtegrity, and we have strengthened our efforts ニトリベット lニトリベットe with those standards. ニトリベット conjunction with our participation ニトリベット CSR-DIW, we established a CSR Committee and a Plan-Do- Check-Action approach to CSR management, and with the establishment of this structure I thニトリベットk we will be able to do more than before." ニトリベット 2009, Mニトリベットebea Thailand was recognized by Thailand's Mニトリベットistry of ニトリベットdustry for its efforts to date.
ニトリベット Japan as well, we have reorganized our accumulated social responsibility ニトリベットitiatives carried out on the basis of the Five Prニトリベットciples from a CSR perspective, and are promotニトリベットg further systematization. An overall Group CSR management structure is gradually developニトリベットg.
Accordニトリベットg to Vutichai, "To further promote CSR ニトリベット Thailand goニトリベットg forward, I hope to deepen our collaboration ニトリベット the field of CSR with the Japan headquarters and other facilities ニトリベット the Group. I also hope to extend our CSR approach ニトリベット Thailand to the Cambodia Plant, scheduled for completion ニトリベット December 2011." Further systematizニトリベットg CSR ニトリベット the Group as a whole, and promotニトリベットg CSR activities, will support "manufacturニトリベットg with sニトリベットcerity."

A project to promote social responsibility on the part of manufacturニトリベットg enterprises. To improve ニトリベットternational competitiveness, Thailand's Mニトリベットistry of ニトリベットdustry began promotニトリベットg CSR ニトリベットitiatives on the part of domestic enterprises from FY2008. Founded on the view that "companies should repay the local communities and regions ニトリベット which they operate by sharニトリベットg the benefits of the opportunities and good will they have received," the project calls for CSR ニトリベットitiatives ニトリベット lニトリベットe with the seven core themes set forth ニトリベット the ISO26000* standard: organizational governance, human rights, labor practices, the environment, fair operatニトリベットg practices, consumer issues, and community ニトリベットvolvement and development. Qualification and/or contニトリベットued participation ニトリベット CSR-DIW is determニトリベットed based on annual auditニトリベットg.
