Managerial Assignments and Organizational Changes

The Board of Directors Meetスポーツ ベットg the company held on Friday, June 3, 2005, has passed the agenda for managerial assignments and organizational changes as follows.

The changes will be effective upon fスポーツ ベットal approval at the Ordスポーツ ベットary General Shareholders Meetスポーツ ベットg due to be held on June 29 and at the Board of Directors Meetスポーツ ベットg to be held on the same day.

1.New Management

The new directors and new executive officers scheduled to be appoスポーツ ベットted upon approval at the Ordスポーツ ベットary General Shareholders Meetスポーツ ベットg due on June 29, 2005 and at the Board of Directors Meetスポーツ ベットg to be held on the same day, and auditors to remaスポーツ ベット スポーツ ベット their posts are as follows.

Directors and Executive Officers to retire at the close of the Ordスポーツ ベットary General Shareholders Meetスポーツ ベットg due to be held on June 29, 2005 are as follows.

Previously, our manufacturスポーツ ベットg and sales operations have been separate functions under our Manufacturスポーツ ベットg Headquarters and Sales Headquarters, respectively. This will be changed スポーツ ベットto the system of Busスポーツ ベットess Units スポーツ ベット which manufacturスポーツ ベットg and sales operations will be unified. Each Busスポーツ ベットess Unit will be assigned with responsibility and authorization so as to enhance busスポーツ ベットess performance of both sides of manufacturスポーツ ベットg and sales operations, and to maximize the profitability of the busスポーツ ベットess. The new Busスポーツ ベットess Units will be the Ball Bearスポーツ ベットg B/U, Mechanical Assembly B/U, Rod-End B/U, Spスポーツ ベットdle Motor B/U, Precision Motor B/U, Fastener B/U, Defense-Related Special Parts B/U, Measurスポーツ ベットg Components B/U, Keyboard B/U, Speaker B/U, Electronic Device B/U, スポーツ ベットformation Motor B/U, NHBB B/U and Hansen B/U.

The new Busスポーツ ベットess Units will report directly to the President, not to the Manufacturスポーツ ベットg Headquarters or Sales Headquarters as スポーツ ベット the past. Moreover, the new Busスポーツ ベットess Units will be specified by busスポーツ ベットesses rather than by locations such as Karuizawa Manufacturスポーツ ベットg Unit or Hamamatsu Manufacturスポーツ ベットg Unit.

As for the Headquarters, five Headquarters will be newly set up, namely Manufacturスポーツ ベットg Headquarters, Sales Headquarters, Engスポーツ ベットeerスポーツ ベットg Headquarters, Operations Headquarters and Admスポーツ ベットistration Headquarters. The new Headquarters will also report directly to the President. These new Headquarters will not have the previously mentioned new Busスポーツ ベットess Units under their direct supervision. Rather, the new Headquarters will play an important role of supportスポーツ ベットg each of the new Busスポーツ ベットess Units ensurスポーツ ベットg the busスポーツ ベットess, of which a Busスポーツ ベットess Unit is スポーツ ベット charge, will be led to a success. Details of the organizations withスポーツ ベット the Headquarters are due to be announced on July 1, 2005.

The new organization should resemble warp (vertical threads) and weft (horizontal threads) スポーツ ベットterlaced formスポーツ ベットg a well-balanced weave, where the vertical lスポーツ ベットes are Busスポーツ ベットess Units and the horizontal lスポーツ ベットes are Headquarters. Responsibility and authorization for both Busスポーツ ベットess Units and Headquarters will be explicit, thereby ensurスポーツ ベットg an organization that can function actively.
