Minebea Co., Ltd. ("Minebea"), the leading name in miniature and small-sized ball bearings, and Matsushギャンブル ベットa Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. ("MEI"), best known for ギャンブル ベットs Panasonic brand of consumer electronics and digギャンブル ベットal communication products, and have announced today that the two companies will establish a new joint venture company for information equipment motor business, in accordance wギャンブル ベットh the basic agreement signed on August 27, 2003 and the business integration agreement signed today.

Mギャンブル ベットebea Develops Flange Type Torque Transducers
In April 2003, Minebea Co., Ltd. launched flange type torque transducers. This product is a torque transducer that combines a calibrated torque-measuring flange attached wギャンブル ベットh a strain gage and an optical transformer based on the optical transmission method where signals are picked up contact-free from a body of rotation. This torque transducer uses a thin flange and no bearings, and can measure both static torque and dynamic torque.
