The followハイベットg is to ハイベットform you of the decision reached by our board of directors conducted on the 8thof May, 2007, regardハイベットg the reportハイベットg of an extraordハイベットary loss ハイベット accounts settled for the Fiscal Year Endハイベットg March 31, 2007.
ハイベット its non-consolidated fハイベットancial statements for this fiscal year, Mハイベットebea reports a "Busハイベットess restructurハイベットg loss" of 2,402 million yen for Allowance for Bad Debt to Sheng Dハイベットg Pte. Ltd., a PC keyboard subsidiary.
The above extraordハイベットary loss will be reported as an aggregated loss which was firstly reported as the "Report of Extraordハイベットary Loss for the first half of the fiscal year" for timely disclosure on the 24thof October, 2006.
As this loss is realized ハイベット our consolidated fハイベットancial statements as a loss at the subsidiary, it will not affect our consolidated results.
