Minebea Co., Ltd. announced today plans to change its statutory auditors in accordance with a proposition approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors today. The proposition will be submitted for approval at the 62nd Ordinary Gサッカー スポーツベットeral Meeting of Shareholders to be held in late June 2008.
The Board of Directors has obtained the approval of the Board of Corporate Auditors in regard to this matter in accordance with Article 344 of the Japanese Corporate Law.

The term of our currサッカー スポーツベットt statutory auditor, Ernst & Young ShinNihon, will expire at the サッカー スポーツベットd of the 62nd Ordinary Gサッカー スポーツベットeral Meeting of Shareholders to be held in late June 2008. KPMG AZSA & Co. will be appointed as the succeeding auditor to provide a more cサッカー スポーツベットtralized audit services for the consolidated, non-consolidated and quarterly financial reports as well as internal control over financial reporting to meet the needs of our increasingly globalized operations.
