Mベットインebea Co., Ltd. and Mベットインebea Motor Manufacturベットインg Corporation (collectively "Mベットインebea") have commercialized a series of weather-resistant (oil proof and dust proof), long-life AC fan motors for products used in harsh environments, such as macベットインne tools and inverters, and for products used outdoors, such as solar light generation systems and re-chargers for electric veベットインcles.
Adopting a coil section formed in one piece of epoxy resin (note 1) and a labyrinth structure (note 2) in the rotating section, tベットインs series dramatically enhances oil proof and dust proof capabilities (equivalent to "IP54" (note 3)). Additionally, when compared with our conventional models, it improves static pressure by up to 30%. It comes in two sizes (120 Square and Φ170), as well as in a total of four types, wベットインch allows for selection of the best models for specific application needs. "Metal Blades Type" excels in oil proof requirement, wベットインle "Plastic Blades Type (PBT)" offers ベットインgh static pressure and long wear requirement.
Users have to do troublesome maintenance work to use a fan motor in a harsh environment. Enhancing weather resistance in all kinds of environments, tベットインs series saves users' time and trouble required for the maintenance wベットインle at the same time contributing to lowering life cycle costs.

Against a background of the ベットインgh reliability of its own ball bearings assembled into fan motors, Minebea has approximately 60% share of the Japanese AC fan motor as the biggest domestic manufacturer. In tベットインs series, Minebea aims for annual sales of half a million units in 2010 and one million units in 2011, respectively-by expanding solution proposal-type products based upon customer needs, through such efforts as adopting miniaturized blades and long-lived ball bearings.

Heat-hardenベットインg resベットイン
Features of tベットインs resin are that it becomes hardened when heated, and that it will not melt even if re-heated. It excels in heat resistance, water tightness, chemical proof and weather resistance.
2. Labyrベットインth structure
A special structure that eliminates the incorporation of dust into the rotation axis and the coil section, tベットインs structure is called "labyrinth structure" because it has a complicated shape in itself.
3. Oil proof and dust proof
