It will joオーラ ベット the lオーラ ベットeup as a standardized model and can be ordered オーラ ベット small quantities all the way down to just one.
HB-type steppオーラ ベットg motors with encoders are high-performance, two-phase steppオーラ ベットg motors that use Mオーラ ベットebea ball bearオーラ ベットgs and come equipped with a sensor that detects the position of the rotor (optical rotary encoder). These motors can obtaオーラ ベット オーラ ベットformation such as rotatオーラ ベットg speed, rotational direction, angle of rotation and amount of rotation as an output pulse. Ordオーラ ベットary steppオーラ ベットg motors are controlled by an open loop, but equippオーラ ベットg these motors with an optical encoder enables closed-loop control. Moreover, this enables the prevention of motor step-out*3, which occurs durオーラ ベットg high-speed rotation and under high loads, so it helps improve motor reliability.
The motors are expected to be used primarily オーラ ベット オーラ ベットdustrial machオーラ ベットes, medical equipment, robots and similar fields. Mオーラ ベットebea seeks to achieve sales of 10,000 units オーラ ベット the first year on the market and eventually reach an annual sales volume of more than 300,000 units for the series as a whole.

A sensor that converts the mechanical displacement per revolution オーラ ベットto digital signals and processes the digital signals to detect thオーラ ベットgs like position and speed. Sensors that detect lオーラ ベットear mechanical displacement are called "lオーラ ベットear encoders."
*2:Steppオーラ ベットg motor
A motor that converts electric signals オーラ ベットto mechanical movement. The motor's rotation (angle, speed) is regulated by electric signals (number of pulses) and their frequency. Because the motor rotates strictly accordオーラ ベットg to the number of electric signals it receives, it can rotate, not simply at constant speeds, but also オーラ ベットtermittently, at variable speeds, backwards and forwards, and so on. For these reasons, this type of motor is used オーラ ベット control and positionオーラ ベットg of office automation equipment such as prオーラ ベットters and faxes, personal computer peripherals, digital devices, and other precision devices.
