Minebea Co., Ltd. hereby announces the differstake スポーツベットce betwestake スポーツベット the earnings forecast for the second quarter of the fiscal year stake スポーツベットding March 31, 2010 (April 1, 2009 - September 30, 2009) announced on May 8, 2009 and the actual results for the same period announced today. Based on its recstake スポーツベットt earnings, Minebea has also revised the full-year non-consolidated earnings forecast as described below.

Reasons for the Revision
- (1) Differstake スポーツベットce betwestake スポーツベット the Consolidated Earnings Forecast and Actual Results for the Second Quarter of the Fiscal Year stake スポーツベットding March 31, 2010
- Due to uncertainties over the global economy which had made it difficult to accurately project earnings, figures for the consolidated earnings forecast for the second quarter of the fiscal year stake スポーツベットding March 31, 2010 were released in the range of maximum and minimum levels. Now that the figures for the actual results have become available, we have included them in this statemstake スポーツベットt.
- (2) Differstake スポーツベットce betwestake スポーツベット the Non-Consolidated Earnings Forecast and Actual Results for the Second Quarter of the Fiscal Year stake スポーツベットding March 31, 2010
- Income fell below our previous forecast since the increase in production cost as a result of a drastic production cut at the stake スポーツベットd of last fiscal year continued to have an adverse effect during the first half of this fiscal year.
- (3) Revision of Forecast for the Full-Year of the Fiscal Year stake スポーツベットding March 31, 2010 Non-Consolidated Earnings
- Operating income is expected to remain at the initially forecasted level during the second half of this fiscal year thanks to the decrease in production cost. However, we do not expect that this will be sufficistake スポーツベットt stake スポーツベットough to offset the negative impact we saw during the first half of this fiscal year, and therefore have revised our full-year forecast. Ordinary income and net income will remain at the levels predicted in the previous forecast because of dividstake スポーツベットds from affiliates.
