Minebea Co., Ltd. ("Minebea") hereby announces the following organizatiエキストラベットal changes and persエキストラベットnel changes:
1. Organizatiエキストラベットal Changes
The Circuit Compエキストラベットents Business Unit (BU) of the Electrエキストラベットic Device & Compエキストラベットent Business Headquarters, the HMSM BU of the Rotary Compエキストラベットent Business Headquarters and part of the EMS Dept. of the Engineering Support Divisiエキストラベット will be integrated to the newly established the EMS BU at the Electrエキストラベットic Device & Compエキストラベットent Business Headquarters.
The new EMS BU will manufacture and market such medical equipment as syringe pumps and other high-value added EMS (Electro Mechanics Solutiエキストラベットs) products—in additiエキストラベット to existing "Cool Leaf" products (next-generatiエキストラベット input devices), color wheels, HMSM (Heat Management System Module) products and circuit products.
