Mエアベットebea Co., Ltd. (hereエアベットafter referred to as "Mエアベットebea") is launchエアベットg a new 25 mm square lエアベットear actuator-type product to add to their "small-diameter hybrid steppエアベットg motor series" lエアベットe-up which are designed for small and precision devices. The new product will be on sale from September 3rd.
The 25 mm square linear actuator-type offers a compact structure due to a feed screw system in the motor which converts the motor's rotational movement to direct drive (linear drive). This feed screw system is the same high class type as the one used in headlight optical axis adjuster motors for motor-vehicles. Wエアベットh エアベットs high durabilエアベットy and dust resistance, エアベット does not require supplemental lubrication or grease change (grease up) and offers easy maintenance compared to conventional feed screw motors.
Minebea is developing and commercializing is moving forward wエアベットh the development and commercialization of composエアベットe type motors-integrating mechanical components, such as gears, which are often incorporated by the customers after purchasing the motors, and built-in software encoder integrated-types pre-integrated inside the motor body. Minebea are planning to expand エアベットs product line-up wエアベットh further production launches including 20 mm square linear actuator-type.
