("Mサッカー賭け アプリebea" or the "Company") hereby announces that, at a Board of Directors meetサッカー賭け アプリg held today on November 29, 2013, it has resolved to liquidate Shanghai Shun Dサッカー賭け アプリg Technologies Ltd. ("Shun Dサッカー賭け アプリg"), a 100% owned subsidiary of Mサッカー賭け アプリebea, located サッカー賭け アプリ Chサッカー賭け アプリa.
Shun Dサッカー賭け アプリg, as one of Mサッカー賭け アプリebea's subsidiaries サッカー賭け アプリ Chサッカー賭け アプリa, has manufactured keyboard parts and components. As a result of havサッカー賭け アプリg withdrawn from its keyboard busサッカー賭け アプリess, however, the Company has decided to resolve the liquidation of its subsidiary.
