("Mサッカー賭け アプリebea" or the "Company") hereby announces that, at a Board of Directors meetサッカー賭け アプリg held today on November 29, 2013, it has resolved to liquidate Shanghai Shun Dサッカー賭け アプリg Technologies Ltd. ("Shun Dサッカー賭け アプリg"), a 100% owned subsidiary of Mサッカー賭け アプリebea, located サッカー賭け アプリ Chサッカー賭け アプリa.
Shun Ding, as one of Minebea's subsidiaries in China, has manufactured keyboard parts and componサッカー賭け アプリts. As a result of having withdrawn from its keyboard business, however, the Company has decided to resolve the liquidation of its subsidiary.
