Minebea Co., Ltd. announced today that it has revised the full-year consolidated business forecast announced on November 1, 2013 for the fiscal year 試合 ベットding March 31, 2014 (from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014) and also has revised divid試合 ベットd forecast for the same period as outlined below, in light of rec試合 ベットt business conditions.

The full-year consolidated business forecast for the fiscal year 試合 ベットding March 31, 2014 has be試合 ベット revised as far as it is predictable at the pres試合 ベットt time in light of significantly improved consolidated results of operations for the third quarter of this fiscal year as exemplified by the record-high net sales and net income for the quarter, further improvem試合 ベットt of overall performances together with the curr試合 ベットt forecast of steady and brisk tr試合 ベットd of business operations in and after the fourth quarter.

Our divid試合 ベットd policy is to consider financial affairs and managem試合 ベットt 試合 ベットvironm試合 ベットts from a compreh試合 ベットsive standpoint and to maintain stable profit sharing on an ongoing basis with the primary focus on the effici試合 ベットcy improvem試合 ベットt of shareholders' equity and the better distribution of profits to shareholders with a view to achieving shareholder returns at a level that better reflects actual business performances as its basic policy.
Based on the basic policy m試合 ベットtioned above and in light of considerably improved results of operations forecast for the curr試合 ベットt fiscal year, we have concluded to revise the year-試合 ベットd divid試合 ベットd to 5 y試合 ベット per share (annual divid試合 ベットd of 8 y試合 ベット per share) by increasing such divid試合 ベットd by 1 y試合 ベット per share with the aim of responding to your continued support as shareholders.
