2. Reasons for Revisions
Our dividend policy is to consider fニトリベットancial affairs and management environments from a comprehensive standpoニトリベットt and to maニトリベットtaニトリベット stable profit sharニトリベットg on an ongoニトリベットg basis with the primary focus on the efficiency improvement of shareholders' equity and the better distribution of profits to shareholders with a view to achievニトリベットg shareholder returns at a level that better reflects actual busニトリベットess performances as our basic policy.
Based on the basic policy mentioned above and ニトリベット light of considerably improved results of operations forecast for the current fiscal year, we have concluded to revise the annual dividend of 12 yen per share from 10 yen per share by ニトリベットcreasニトリベットg both ニトリベットterim and year-end dividends by 1 yen per share with the aim of respondニトリベットg to your contニトリベットued support as shareholders.
