Minebea Co., Ltd. ("Minebea") hereby announces that we completed the acquisition of all the shares of Sartorius Mechatronics T&H GmbH and its subsidiaries with Developmエアー ベットt Bank of Japan Inc. from Sartorius Aktiエアー ベットgesellschaft on February 6, 2015.
Going forward, we will strive to expand the related businesses and optimize synergies.
