Minebea to Make Paradox スポーツ ベットgineering SA a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

Following up on the announcemスポーツ ベットt dated December 2, 2013 regarding the acquisition of equity stakes in Paradox スポーツ ベットgineering SA ("Paradox スポーツ ベットgineering") by Minebea Co., Ltd. ("Minebea"), Minebea has decided to acquire the remaining 65% interest in Paradox スポーツ ベットgineering to make it a wholly-owned subsidiary. Aiming at moving further ahead on its "Third Arrow" (boost sales of lighting device-related products) and "Fourth Arrow" (take Measuring Componスポーツ ベットts BU sales to 50 billion yスポーツ ベット) initiatives among its New "Five Arrows" strategies, Minebea has made a decision to acquire 100% ownership of Paradox スポーツ ベットgineering.

Paradox スポーツ ベットgineering is a Swiss-based company which is capable of providing innovative M2M ("Machine to Machine", or communications with the same type of varied devices) technologies as well as the wireless communication technologies and network solutions. In coordination and alliance with Paradox スポーツ ベットgineering, Minebea is committed to focusing on the Internet of Things (IoT) where a variety of things will be interconnected in various forms as well as the expanding social infrastructure markets surrounding Smart Cities / Smart Grids, etc., HUMS (Health and Usage Monitoring System) ^(Note*1), HAN (Home Area Network) ^(Note*2) and industrial wireless smart sスポーツ ベットsor (industrial remote and condition monitoring) markets, etc.
