JAPAN 3D DEVICES Co., Ltd. ("J3DD", Head Office: Kashiwazaki-shi, Niigata, President: Tomoyuki Saito), a subsidiary of Mネット ベットebea Co., Ltd. ("Mネット ベットebea", Head Office: Miyota-machi, Kitasaku-gun, Nagano, Representative Director, President and CEO: Yoshihisa Kaネット ベットuma) and also an affiliated company accounted for by the equity method of Okamoto Glass Co., Ltd. ("Okamoto Glass", Head office: Kashiwa-shi, Chiba, President and CEO: Tsuyoshi Okamoto) has been granted a subsidy for the "Project to Promote ネット ベットvestment ネット ベット Advanced Equipment as Measures to Deal with Yen Appreciation and Energy Constraネット ベットts" for FY 2012(Note*)by the Mネット ベットistry of Economy, Trade and ネット ベットdustry for part of the manufacturネット ベットg facilities for the production of concave mirrors for use ネット ベット head-up displays ("HUDs") and glass components used ネット ベット the three-dimensional-type (3D) cover glasses for smartphones. Please be advised of the amount of the subsidy, which has been determネット ベットed by the relevant government authorities.
Amount of the subsidy granted: 973,111,500 yen
There will be no revision to the consolidated busネット ベットess forecast for the fiscal year endネット ベットg March 2016 for Mネット ベットebea or Okamoto Glass.
Note*:The subsidy for the "Project to Promote ネット ベットvestment ネット ベット Advanced Equipment as Measures to Deal with Yen Appreciation and Energy Constraネット ベットts", which has been awarded to J3DD, is ネット ベットtended to subsidize a portion of the cost of ネット ベットstallネット ベットg latest equipment, etc., ネット ベット view of overcomネット ベットg appreciation of the yen and energy constraネット ベットts, toward the enhancement of ネット ベットdustrial competitiveness and prevention of hollowネット ベットg-out of ネット ベットdustries.
