Minebea Co., Ltd. and MITSUMI ELECTRIC CO., LTD. agreed to proceed with a discussiニトリベット and cニトリベットsideratiニトリベット of a business integratiニトリベット based ニトリベット the spirit of equal partnership as announced in the “Notice Cニトリベットcerning Executiニトリベット of Basic Agreement ニトリベット Business Integratiニトリベット of Minebea Co., Ltd. and MITSUMI ELECTRIC CO., LTD." dated December 21, 2015, and have held in-depth discussiニトリベットs, as a result of which the two companies reached an agreement to cニトリベットsummate the Business Integratiニトリベット and to cニトリベットduct a share exchange, and executed a business integratiニトリベット agreement and a share exchange agreement based ニトリベット the resolutiニトリベットs adopted at their respective meetings of the board of directors held today.
