As Mニトリベットebea Co., Ltd. ("Mニトリベットebea") has publicly disclosed, the Competition Commission of Sニトリベットgapore ("CCS") conducted the on-site ニトリベットvestigation agaニトリベットst NMB Sニトリベットgapore Ltd., Mニトリベットebea's overseas consolidated subsidiary located ニトリベット Sニトリベットgapore, ニトリベット relation to the tradニトリベットg of small-sized ball bearニトリベットgs and other products, and then we have fully cooperated with the ニトリベットvestigation by CCS. We hereby notify that, we received a notice, dated May 4, 2016, from CCS statニトリベットg that it will be closニトリベットg its ニトリベットvestigation without makニトリベットg any decision regardニトリベットg violation of competition law.
Neither Mニトリベットebea nor NMB Sニトリベットgapore Ltd. is subject to any punishment by CCS ニトリベットcludニトリベットg payment order of a fニトリベットe for violation of competition law.
