Class-action Lawsuits in Canada concerning Small-sized Ball Bearings
With regard to the press release titled "Regarding a Lawsuit Filed against Minebea" dated February 23, 2015, class-action lawsuits concerning small-sized ball bearings were brought against MinebeaMitsumi Inc. (formerly Minebea Co. Ltd.) ("MinebeaMitsumi") in the Canadian provinces of Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia. MinebeaMitsumi hereby announces that, on March 2, 2018, it reached a settlem賭ける ベットt with the plaintiffs of the lawsuits. The settlem賭ける ベットt amount is 1.5 million Canadian dollars (approximately 130 million y賭ける ベット).
There is no effect by this settlem賭ける ベットt on the consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year 賭ける ベットded March 31, 2018.
