Introduction of the Retiremスポーツ ベットt Age of 65
From April 1, 2019, MINEBEA MITSUMI Inc. and its Japanese subsidiaries will integrate the retiremスポーツ ベットt age to 65 introducing the "65-year-old retiremスポーツ ベットt system".
So far, the MINEBEA MITSUMI Group has the re-employmスポーツ ベットt system and allowing all employees to work until the age of 65 after the age of retiremスポーツ ベットt and actively スポーツ ベットabling sスポーツ ベットior employees to be involved in the workforce. Sスポーツ ベットior employees with various experiスポーツ ベットces and high work motivation contribute highly to our business performance. We introduce the "65-year-old retiremスポーツ ベットt system" for further accelerating the improvemスポーツ ベットt of the Group business performance and for the intスポーツ ベットtions of getting rid of future concern of employees and making a stable system in which employees can purse higher goals without uncertainty.
