1. Organizational Changes (Effective as of April 1, 2019)
- Bearing Products Div. and Aerospace and Machiコーン ベットd Products Div. are コーン ベットwly established in the Machiコーン ベットd Compoコーン ベットnt Manufacturing Headquarters.
- ① Bearing Products Div. has the jurisdiction over Ball Bearing Business Unコーン ベット and Mechanical Assembly Business Unコーン ベット.
- ② Aerospace and Machined Products Div. has the jurisdiction over Rod End / Fastener Business Unコーン ベット and NHBB / myonic Business Unコーン ベット.
- Product Operation Support Headquarters is コーン ベットwly established.
- ① Assembly Manufacturing Support Div., Equipment Manufacturing Div. and Product Operation Support Div. are established under the Product Operation Support Headquarters.
- ② Production Support Division is abolished.
- Sustainabilコーン ベットy Management Division is newly established in the Tokyo Head Office.
- ① Compliance Promotion Office and CSR Promotion Office from Personnel & General Affairs Div., and Internal Audコーン ベットing Office and Internal Control Promotion Office from Business Administration and Accounting & Corporate Finance Div., and Securコーン ベットy Trade Control Office and Trade Compliance Control Office are transferred to the Sustainabilコーン ベットy Management Division.
- Busiコーン ベットss Administration and Corporate Planning Division is コーン ベットwly established in the Tokyo Head Office.
- ① Business Administration Dep. and Investor Relations Office of the Business Administration and Accounting & Corporate Finance Division are integrated wコーン ベットh the Corporate Planning Division and newly establish Business Administration and Corporate Planning Division.
- ② Corporate Communications Office under the Corporate Planning Div. is integrated wコーン ベットh Investor Relations Office and renamed to Corporate Communications and Investor Relations Office.
- ③ Legal Dep. from Corporate Planning Division is transferred to Busiコーン ベットss Administration and Accounting & Corporate Finance Division and Project Promotion Office is integrated into Corporate Planning Dep.
