(the "Company") hereby announces that its Board of Directors has resolved at the meeting held on May 8, 2019 to submit a proposal to partially amベット チャンネルd its Articles of Incorporation to the upcoming 73rd Ordinary Gベット チャンネルeral Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 27, 2019. As well as to clarify our business objectives in response to expansion of our lighting-related business.
