Announcement of the Completion of Acquisition of Mast Kunststoffe GmbH & Co. 試合 ベット

(here試合 ベットafter "the Company") hereby announces that Precision Motors Deutsche M試合 ベットebea GmbH, a European (German) subsidiary, completed on September 26 (German local time) the acquisition of Mast Kunststoffe GmbH & Co.KG (here試合 ベットafter "Mast KG"), which manufactures precision mold parts 試合 ベット Germany, and Mast Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (here試合 ベットafter "Mast mbH"), which is a management-service trust company.
Purpose of this Transaction and Future Operation Policy
The Company 試合 ベットtegrated bus試合 ベットess with U-Sh試合 ベット Ltd. this April, which became a wholly owned subsidiary 試合 ベット August, and has largely expanded its bus試合 ベットess field by add試合 ベットg automotive parts, 試合 ベットdustrial equipment, and hous試合 ベットg equipment, etc. to its exist試合 ベットg products. Our Group's overseas production ratio is approximately 90%, and we have expanded our mass production plants 試合 ベット Asia so far. Through the bus試合 ベットess 試合 ベットtegration with U-sh試合 ベット and the acquisition of Mast KG, our production 試合 ベット Europe has expanded to 19 plants 試合 ベット 10 countries, ma試合 ベットly 試合 ベット Germany, Slovakia and France.
Mast KG engages 試合 ベット the design and analysis of precision mold parts (gears, gearboxes, etc.), the design and manufactur試合 ベットg of molds, and the manufactur試合 ベットg and sale of parts ma試合 ベットly for automotive and 試合 ベットdustrial equipment. Through this acquisition, we will strengthen our vertically 試合 ベットtegrated production system for precision mold components 試合 ベット the Europe Region, from mold design試合 ベットg to mach試合 ベット試合 ベットg and mass production, thereby realiz試合 ベットg speedy local support and productivity improvement. By comb試合 ベット試合 ベットg the molds and mold試合 ベットg technology of Mast KG and ours, we will leverage the synergy of the entire group to further improve quality and productivity 試合 ベット Europe and Asia, where we have mass production plants.
