(the "Company") hereby announces that a resolution was made at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today concerning the details of the performance-linked stock remuneration plan (hereinafter the "Plan") which a meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 8, 2020 resolved to introduce for the Company's directors (excluding outside directors; hereinafter the same) and which was approved at the 74th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today on June 26, 2020.
