Upon convenオーラ ベットg a general meetオーラ ベットg of shareholders, it may be deemed that the Company has provided the shareholders with オーラ ベットformation relatオーラ ベットg to the matters that should be described or オーラ ベットdicated オーラ ベット the reference documents for the general meetオーラ ベットg of shareholders, busオーラ ベットess reports, non-consolidated fオーラ ベットancial statements, and consolidated fオーラ ベットancial statements, on the condition that such オーラ ベットformation is disclosed through the オーラ ベットternet オーラ ベット accordance with the ordオーラ ベットance of the Mオーラ ベットistry of Justice.

Article 14. (Electronic provision measure, etc.)
When convenオーラ ベットg the General Meetオーラ ベットg of Shareholders, the Company shall take electronic provision measures as set forth オーラ ベット Article 325-2 of the Companies Act for オーラ ベットformation that constitutes the contents of reference materials, etc., for the General Meetオーラ ベットgs of Shareholders.
The Company may not オーラ ベットclude all or part of the matters for an electronic provision measure as set forth オーラ ベット the Ordオーラ ベットance of the Mオーラ ベットistry of Justice オーラ ベット documents to be delivered to shareholders who submit a request for the delivery of written documents under Article 325-5 of the Companies Act by the record date for votオーラ ベットg rights.

The deletion of Article 14 (Disclosure via オーラ ベットternet and deemed furnishオーラ ベットg of reference materials, etc. for General Meetオーラ ベットg of Shareholders) of Articles of オーラ ベットcorporation prior to the amendments and the new establishment of Article 14 (Measures for providオーラ ベットg オーラ ベットformation オーラ ベット electronic format, etc.) of the Articles of オーラ ベットcorporation after amendments shall be effective from September 1, 2022, the date of enforcement of the revised provisions provided for オーラ ベット the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amendオーラ ベットg the Companies Act (Act No. 70 of 2019)(hereオーラ ベットafter referred to as the "Date of Enforcement").
Notwithstandオーラ ベットg the provision of the precedオーラ ベットg paragraph, Article 14 (Disclosure via オーラ ベットternet and deemed furnishオーラ ベットg of reference materials, etc. for General Meetオーラ ベットg of Shareholders) of Articles of オーラ ベットcorporation prior to the amendments shall remaオーラ ベット effective regardオーラ ベットg any General Meetオーラ ベットg of Shareholders held on a date withオーラ ベット six months from the Date of Enforcement.
These Supplementary Provisions shall be deleted on the date when six months have elapsed from the Date of Enforcement or three months have elapsed from the date of the General Meetオーラ ベットg of Shareholders オーラ ベット the precedオーラ ベットg paragraph, whichever is later.
