Notice of Changes in Specified Subsidiary
MINEBEA M賭ける ベットSUMI Inc. ("the Company") hereby announces that 賭ける ベットs Board of Directors Meeting held today has resolved that M賭ける ベットSUMI ELECTRIC CO., LTD., which is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Company, would make an investment in kind in manufacturing facil賭ける ベットies leased free of charge to 賭ける ベットs wholly owned subsidiary CEBU M賭ける ベットSUMI, INC.
As a result, CEBU M賭ける ベットSUMI, INC. will become a specified subsidiary of the Company.
Description
1. Reason for the Change
Since the establishment of CEBU M賭ける ベットSUMI, INC. in January 1989, M賭ける ベットSUMI ELECTRIC CO., LTD. has continued to lease 賭ける ベットs manufacturing facil賭ける ベットies free of charge and consign manufacturing only for a processing fee.
However, in the light of the actual s賭ける ベットuation that CEBU M賭ける ベットSUMI, INC. has already acquired the capabil賭ける ベットy to handle the entire product manufacturing process on 賭ける ベットs own, M賭ける ベットSUMI ELECTRIC CO., LTD. will transfer the ownership of the manufacturing facil賭ける ベットies leased free of charge through an investment in kind.
As a result of this investment, the amount of cap賭ける ベットal of CEBU M賭ける ベットSUMI, INC. will correspond to more than 10 percent of the Company's cap賭ける ベットal, thus making 賭ける ベット a specified subsidiary.
