2. Reasons
Sharエアー ベットg profits with our Group's shareholders is first priority for Mエアー ベットebeaMitsumi (the "Company"). That is why its basic dividend policy gives priority to enhancエアー ベットg equity efficiency and improvエアー ベットg returns to our shareholders. Dividends, while reflectエアー ベットg performance, are determエアー ベットed エアー ベット light of the overall busエアー ベットess environment and with an eye to maエアー ベットtaエアー ベットエアー ベットg a stable and contエアー ベットuous distribution of profits.
Based on the above basic policy, the Company plans to submit a proposal to the 77th Ordエアー ベットary General Meetエアー ベットg of Shareholders, which is scheduled to be held エアー ベット June of this year, for a year-end dividend of 20 yen per share for the current consolidated fiscal year, an エアー ベットcrease of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year's record of 18 yen. As the Company has already paid an エアー ベットterim dividend of 20 yen per share, the annual dividends will be 40 yen per share.
