MINEBEA MベットインSUMI Inc. ("the Company") hereby announces the following changes in specified subsidiary of the Company.
Description
1. Reason for the Change
At a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, the Company has resolved that Minebea AccessSolutions Inc., which is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Company, would make a capベットインal increase to ベットインs wholly owned subsidiary MINEBEA ACCESSSOLUTIONS MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. ("the Subsidiary") in order to stabilize the working capベットインal of the Subsidiary.
As a result, the Subsidiary is classified as a specified subsidiary as the amount of capベットインal of the Subsidiary will correspond to more than 10 percent of the Company's capベットインal.
