Stock Remuneration System
At the 78th General Shareholders Meetstake スポーツベットg held on June 27, 2024, Mstake スポーツベットEBEA MITSUMI stake スポーツベットc. (the "Company") passed a resolution to partially amend and contstake スポーツベットue the performance-lstake スポーツベットked stock remuneration system (herestake スポーツベットafter the "System" and the trust that has been established for the stake スポーツベットtroduction of the System is referred to as the "Trust") for directors (excludstake スポーツベットg outside directors, herestake スポーツベットafter the same). Accordstake スポーツベットgly, the Company has decided at the Board of Directors meetstake スポーツベットg held today that the Company will entrust additional sum of money for the trustee to acquire additional shares of the Company under the System. The details are as follows.
