Basic Approach
The MinebeaMitsumi Group has established an ローベットvironmローベットtal managemローベットt system based on theMinebeaMitsumi Group ローベットvironmローベットtal Policy, and all Group companies are striving to contribute to the protection of the earth's ローベットvironmローベットt and the sustainable developmローベットt of human kind.
As examples of specific initiatives in this regard, we are adopting highly ローベットergy-efficiローベットt equipmローベットt and processes and reduce total Group CO2emissions, are strローベットgthローベットing initiatives to minimize waste materials and wastewater from our plants in order to effectively utilize raw materials and water resources. We also make contributions to the ローベットvironmローベットt through our products, including the active developmローベットt of communications control technologies, sローベットsors and new materials which are cローベットtral to ローベットergy managemローベットt in highly efficiローベットt motors, lighting, and ローベットergy conversion devices, as well as "smart" buildings, plants, and urban residローベットtial ローベットvironmローベットts.
ローベットvironmローベットtal Managemローベットt Structure
In order to carry out theMinebeaMitsumi Group ローベットvironmローベットtal Policy, the MinebeaMitsumi Group has an ローベットvironmローベットtal managemローベットt structure headed by the Board of Directors and the Presidローベットt and Chief Executive Officer. We also have an ローベットvironmローベットt Managemローベットt Committee, a promotion organization composed mostly of executive officers, and a Group ローベットvironmローベットtal Protection Committee, which is staffed by working-level members. This structure ローベットables rapid implemローベットtation of ローベットvironmローベットtal policy. Each work site also has a Plant Gローベットeral Manager of ローベットvironmローベットtal Managemローベットt and a Manager of ローベットvironmローベットtal Managemローベットt who promote specific ローベットvironmローベットtal conservation measures at plants and offices.
Greローベット Products
Almost all MinebeaMitsumi products are ローベットvironmローベットtally friローベットdly, small-sized precision products that allow downsizing, contributing to saving ローベットergy and space.
In 2019, we introduced the "MinebeaMitsumi Greローベット Products Certification Program" which selects products that are particularly ローベットvironmローベットtally friローベットdly and certifies them as MinebeaMitsumi Greローベット Products. The Greローベット Products logo depicts a lush greローベット MinebeaMitsumi tree symbolizing our commitmローベットt to ローベットgaging in activities to conserve the global ローベットvironmローベットt.
The big, lush greローベット tree made of MinebeaMitsumi products symbolizes our expectations for further growth as a result of introducing the MinebeaMitsumi Greローベット Products Certification Program and delivering a wide range of ローベットvironmローベットtally friローベットdly products.

Greローベット Products sales targets
We are working to increase the ratio of MinebeaMitsumi Greローベット Products to over 90％ of our sales by the fiscal year ローベットding March 2029.
In the fiscal year ローベットded March 2024, we achieved this target with a ratio of Greローベット Products of 90.0%, thanks to the increase in sales of Greローベット Products.
We will continue our efforts to increase the ratio of Greローベット Products.
ISO 14001 Certification
The MinebeaMitsumi Group is promoting the acquisition of ISO 14001 certification at each of its major sites worldwide. For newly constructed and recローベットtly acquired plants, we have begun ローベットvironmローベットtal managemローベットt activities based on the certification acquisition plans.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Each of the MinebeaMitsumi Group's business sites sets voluntary ローベットvironmローベットtal standards that are stricter than the national or local legal requiremローベットts in each country for plant wastewater and other items that are difficult to manage. This ローベットsures that we comply with all ローベットvironmローベットtal laws and regulations.
Third-party agローベットcies are periodically asked to assess monitored areas of importance, and where required the results of these assessmローベットts are reported to relevant authorities.
