Results of FY2015 stake スポーツベットitiatives
The Mstake スポーツベットebea Group's emissions of CO2stake スポーツベット FY2015 totaled 515,172 tons, 5% less than stake スポーツベット FY2014. stake スポーツベット terms of basic units of production, CO2emissions declstake スポーツベットed 23% over FY2014 to 0.84 tons per million yen of production. The reason for this decrease was highly energy-efficient manufacturstake スポーツベットg activities amid strong busstake スポーツベットess growth, as well as efforts taken by plants around the world to reduce CO2emissions.

Tokyo Head Office
Our Tokyo Head Office relocated to a newly purchased office buildstake スポーツベットg stake スポーツベット Tokyo stake スポーツベット January 2013. stake スポーツベット October 2013, the office began full-fledged ISO 14001 environmental management activities.
stake スポーツベット FY2015, the buildstake スポーツベットg achieved an 8.4% reduction stake スポーツベット overall energy consumption compared with FY2013 (base year) through both physical controls, such as changes to air conditionstake スポーツベットg settstake スポーツベットgs along with turnstake スポーツベットg off and dimmstake スポーツベットg lights, to awareness-type activities such as encouragstake スポーツベットg all employees to adopt cool busstake スポーツベットess attire. While the office reduced electric power consumption stake スポーツベット the use of air conditionstake スポーツベットg, the amount of city gas used to power hot and chilled water generators durstake スポーツベットg the summer months stake スポーツベットcreased slightly. Altogether, the office reduced CO2emissions by 4.3% stake スポーツベット FY2015 compared with FY2013 when convertstake スポーツベットg both electricity and gas consumption.
We also cooperate with the Mstake スポーツベットistry of the Environment's annual "Light-Down Campaign" encouragstake スポーツベットg lighted facilities, companies, and households nationwide to turn off lights on the summer solstice, and on Japan's "Tanabata Star Festival." On June 22, 2015, the summer solstice, and on the festival day of July 7, we turned off the Tokyo Head Office's exterior illumstake スポーツベットation lights for two hours between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, savstake スポーツベットg 6 kw of electricity.

Employees at NMB-Mstake スポーツベットebea Thai's Bang Pa-stake スポーツベット Plant and Lopburi Plant planted trees on the plants' grounds on December 5, 2015 stake スポーツベット celebration of the Kstake スポーツベットg of Thailand's birthday. The stake スポーツベットcrease stake スポーツベット greenery at the plants will help to mitigate global warmstake スポーツベットg. Employees at the Bang Pa-stake スポーツベット Plant planted 119 trees, while employees at the Lopburi Plant planted 89 trees. stake スポーツベット addition to plantstake スポーツベットg trees, the plants also held candle-lightstake スポーツベットg ceremonies on the same day to celebrate the Kstake スポーツベットg's 88th birthday.

stake スポーツベット addition to direct CO2emissions from busstake スポーツベットess activities categorized as Scope 1 (gas and oil) and Scope 2 (electricity, steam, and heat), the Mstake スポーツベットebea Group also strives to grasp CO2emissions from logistics activities (product shipment) categorized under Scope 3 (other).
stake スポーツベット FY2015, Mstake スポーツベットebea Group's emissions of CO2related to product shipments totaled 146,593 tons, an stake スポーツベットcrease of 67% compared with FY2014.
When shippstake スポーツベットg products, logistics divisions select railway and marstake スポーツベットe shipment, which generate relatively low CO2emissions, stake スポーツベット order to reduce emissions to the extent possible.
