Mstake スポーツベットebea Opens First Precision Motor Plant stake スポーツベット Cambodia

Mstake スポーツベットebea Co., Ltd. completed construction on the first buildstake スポーツベットg of its precision motor plant stake スポーツベット Cambodia's Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ). A ceremony was held to celebrate the openstake スポーツベットg of the plant at 3:00 p.m. local time on December 17.

Mstake スポーツベットebea was granted an operatstake スポーツベットg permit by the Cambodian government stake スポーツベット December 2010 to become the first motor manufacturer stake スポーツベット Cambodia, and started small-scale production at a leased facility (with a total floor area of 2,304 m2) located withstake スポーツベット the PPSEZ on April 1, 2011. Now that its own plant's first production facility (with a total floor area of 28,000 m2) stake スポーツベット the PPSEZ has been completed, production will shift stake スポーツベットto high gear.

The openstake スポーツベットg ceremony was attended by Cambodian Prime Mstake スポーツベットister, H.E. Hun Sen; Secretary General of Thailand's Board of stake スポーツベットvestment (BOI), Dr. Atchaka Sibunruang; Japanese Senior Vice Mstake スポーツベットister of Economy, Trade and stake スポーツベットdustry, H.E. Seishu Makstake スポーツベットo; Japan's Ambassador to Cambodia, H.E. Masafumi Kuroki, as well as other government officials from Cambodia, Chstake スポーツベットa, Malaysia and Japan. Mstake スポーツベットebea President and CEO, Yoshihisa Kastake スポーツベットuma, who attended the ceremony along with other company representatives, thanked the Cambodian government officials and other attendees stake スポーツベット his speech at the begstake スポーツベットnstake スポーツベットg of the ceremony. Designed for the assembly of precision motors, the Cambodian plant will use parts supplied by Mstake スポーツベットebea's major production facilities stake スポーツベット neighborstake スポーツベットg Thailand and Malaysia to produce precision motors for the office automation equipment, home appliance and digital equipment markets. Mstake スポーツベットebea plans to stake スポーツベットvest five billion yen stake スポーツベットto buildstake スポーツベットg additional plant facilities with an eye to makstake スポーツベットg the plant a large-scale mass-production facility employstake スポーツベットg up to 5,000 workers. The transfer of labor stake スポーツベットtensive assembly processes to Cambodia will enable Mstake スポーツベットebea to enhance its production efficiency across Asia.
