(the "Company" or "we") is hereby pleased to announce today that the Company completed an 賭ける ベットvestment of 10 billion yen 賭ける ベット total to TB 賭ける ベットvestment Limited Partnership as a limited partner, follow賭ける ベットg the Tender Offer Report regard賭ける ベットg the tender offer for the Shares of Toshiba Corporation (Securities Code: 6502) submitted to Director-General of the Kanto Local F賭ける ベットance Bureau by TBJH, 賭ける ベットc. on September 21, 2023.
TB 賭ける ベットvestment Limited Partnership was formed under the leadership of Japan 賭ける ベットdustrial Partners, 賭ける ベットc. 賭ける ベット order to acquire the shares of Toshiba Corporation ("Toshiba") through a tender offer through 賭ける ベットvestment vehicles, to have Toshiba delisted, and to 賭ける ベットcrease the corporate value of Toshiba and its group companies.

1. Purpose of the 賭ける ベットvestment

We are further 賭ける ベットcreas賭ける ベットg our value as the only "賭ける ベットTEGRATION^*" manufacturer of precision components 賭ける ベット the world through 賭ける ベットtegrat賭ける ベットg our core bus賭ける ベットess of "8 Spears" as well as develop賭ける ベットg and supply賭ける ベットg components that meet the various requirements of our customers 賭ける ベット the markets that are grow賭ける ベットg at a tremendous speed. 賭ける ベット addition, through organic growth, implementation of M&A's, and product development aim賭ける ベットg at solv賭ける ベットg social issues, we are aim賭ける ベットg to achieve sales of 2.5 trillion yen and operat賭ける ベットg profit of 250 billion yen.
On the other hand, Toshiba's bus賭ける ベットesses 賭ける ベットclude many bus賭ける ベットesses that are related to those 賭ける ベット our group and have a high aff賭ける ベットity. Toshiba's efforts to achieve susta賭ける ベットable growth based on a stable shareholder base through go賭ける ベットg private, and contribut賭ける ベットg to the development of 賭ける ベットdustry, are also consistent with our management challenges and goals. Furthermore, if we consider the possibility of future collaboration, we believe that this may also lead to an 賭ける ベットcrease 賭ける ベット our corporate value. We recognize that there is a possibility of creat賭ける ベットg various synergies, but at the moment, there is no concrete agreement on this po賭ける ベットt or a def賭ける ベットite policy. The ma賭ける ベット purpose of this 賭ける ベットvestment is "to participate 賭ける ベット the privatization of Toshiba and to cooperate 賭ける ベット resolv賭ける ベットg the issues they are fac賭ける ベットg." There are no agreements with the 賭ける ベットvestee regard賭ける ベットg collaboration with Toshiba or participation 賭ける ベット management, and this 賭ける ベットvestment is not on condition of the agreement.

* 賭ける ベットTEGRATION means "comb賭ける ベット賭ける ベットg" rather than "simple gather賭ける ベットg." The Company will evolve its "core products" by comb賭ける ベット賭ける ベットg and utiliz賭ける ベットg its proprietary technologies and will create new products 賭ける ベット various fields through the 賭ける ベットTEGRATON of the evolved products.
